I started my first business when I was in High School. Since then, I have started, grown and managed businesses in multiple industries for over 40 years. Each business has been unique, with distinctive challenges and opportunities. I have learned the importance of establishing a meaningful and focused business foundation, I have learned how to effectively prioritize personnel growth, successfully hire key staff, manage and train employees and sales staff, and have leaned critical business principles that have become the foundation of my success. I find great joy and satisfaction in helping other business owners grow and expand their businesses.
